Steamed broccoli and Spicy sauce – This simple, saucy, so good for you broccoli, vegetable recipe, comes with its own spicy sauce, made from healthy chick peas. Slightly spiced with “one of a kind” cumin, and steamed stove top in under 10 minutes, this creamy sensation is as quick and easy as they come!

Ingredients to make Steamed Broccoli and Spicy Sauce
1/2 c Cooked chick peas
1/4 c Plain nonfat yogurt
2 garlic cloves, peeled, blanched in boiling water for 2 min.
2 tb Water
1 ts Olive oil
1 ts Lemon juice
1/4 ts Ground cumin
1/4 ts Ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/8 ts Salt, or to taste
1 bn Broccoli

Greek garlic bread – This easy, flavorful Greek bread really packs a punch! The Greek goodness of creamy feta cheese and ripe plump olives. Then,we added garlic and herbs for the “punch”, the yougurt for even more creaminess, and finally, a hint of everyones favorite vegetable, cucumber! Great with hot meals.

Ingredients to make Greek Garlic Bread
1/2 c Water
2 c White bread flour
3 tb Yogurt,plain
2 ts Dry milk
1 tb Sugar
1 ts Salt
2 ts Butter
1 pinch Garlic powder
4 ts Black olives,chopped
1/2 ts Sweet basil
1/2 ts Dill weed
2 1/2 tb Feta cheese
2 1/2 tb Cucumber,pureed
1/2 ts Fast-Rise yeast *** OR ***
1 ts Active-Dry yeast
SUCCESS HINTS: Cucumber should be peeled, seeded, and then pureed. If the feta cheese is packed in water, drain well. Finely chop the black olives.

3 8 oz lobster tails; fresh or frozen
1 md Pink grapefruit; peeled, sectioned
1 md Orange; peeled and sectioned
1/4 c Orange yogurt
3 tb Orange juice
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Grated orange rind
1 ts Grated lime rind
1/8 ts White pepper
4 c Fresh spinach leaves; torn
2 ts Fresh chives; chopped
