spinach Mousse – This super simple spinach mousse recipe is delectably creamy, thanks to the handy food processor. Loads and loads of fresh, healthy spinach, and sinfully rich cream, blended together, with just a hint of Nutmeg and chilled. A quick, easy, make ahead vegetable recipe, that is enjoyed by eveyone.

Ingredients to make Spinach Mousse
6 lb Spinach, fresh
6 ea Egg whites
1 pn Nutmeg
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
4 oz Cream, heavy
Directions to make Spinach Mousse
Step 1:Blanch spinach for 30 seconds and drain thoroughly. Put into a food processor with egg whites, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Process for 1 minute. Drizzle in cream while processing. Chill.
