1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 cup sliced green onions
2 tablespoons butter or stick margarine
1 teaspoon olive or canola oil
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 cup 2% milk
1 tablespoon minced chives
