Ingredients to make Potato Corn Chowder

1 Polish sausage, sliced thinly
6 sl Bacon, chopped
1 c Onions, chopped
1/4 c Flour
2 c chicken stock
1 c Water
4 c Corn
2 c Potatoes, cubed
1/8 t White pepper
Red pepper sauce
2 c Milk
2 T Butter

Directions to make Potato Corn Chowder

Step 1:In a big saucepan, brown the sausage and bacon until bacon is crispy. Remove sausage and bacon with a slotted spoon, and drain on a paper towel. Discard most of the fat; leave enough to cook the onion.
Step 2:Saute onion in reserved fat until tender, about 5 minutes. Gradually stir in the flour. Add stock and water, stirring constantly. Add sausage, bacon, corn, potatoes and white pepper. Add red pepper sauce to taste. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 15 to 20 minutes. Stir occasionally
Step 3:Add milk and cook until soup is heated through and potatoes are tender. Top with butter and serve.

Ingredients to make Swiss Broccoli Bacon Quiche

4 slices bacon
4 eggs
1 cup half & half milk
1 cup grated Swiss cheese
2 cups broccoli florets
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper

* Pre-cooked bacon makes it even quicker

Directions to make Swiss Broccoli Bacon Quiche

Step 1:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook bacon until crisp; set aside.
Step 2:Beat eggs with cream and cheese. Stir in broccoli, salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Crumble bacon.
Step 3:Stir 1/2 of bacon into egg mixture. Pour mixture into a 9inch pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway bet ween center and edge comes out clean. Top with remaining bacon. Top with remaining bacon.

Ingredients to make BLT Salad with Pasta

1 7 oz. pkg elbow macaroni,cooked, drained
8 sl Bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 c Mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/3 c Chili sauce
1/4 c Lemon juice from concentrate
2 ts Instant chicken bouillon
2 ts Sugar
1 lg Tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 c Slice green onions
4 c Thinly sliced lettuce

Directions to make BLT Salad with Pasta

Step 1:In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili sauce, lemon juice, bouillon and sugar; stir in macaroni, tomato and onions. Cover; chill.
Step 2:Just before serving, stir in lettuce and bacon. Refrigerate leftovers.
