Buttery Peas and zucchini – Here is a great vegetable recipe for some “greens”, which are always loaded with goodness. Cooked zucchini and peas, mixed with a little pimento all in the buttery sauce the peas came in! Healthy never tasted so good.

Ingredients to make Buttery Peas and Zucchini
1 10oz pkg Peas,Frozen,in butter sauce
2 tb Water
1 md Zucchini,cut in thin strips
1 tb Pimiento,diced
Directions to make Buttery Peas and Zucchini
Step 1:Cook peas according to package directions. Pour into a serving bowl; cover with plastic wrap and set aside.
Step 2:Meanwhile, in a skillet, simmer water and zucchini over medium heat until water is evaporated and zucchini is tender. Stir in peas and pimiento. Serve.
