Baked Filled Acorn Squash – This sweet, simple, stuffed squash recipe is absolutely fabulous! Ingredients to make Baked Filled Acorn Squash
3 Acorn Squash
2 Apples, chopped
1/2 c Chopped Walnuts
1 T Grated Orange Peel
1/2 c Brown Sugar
2 T Margarine, melted
Directions to make Baked Filled Acorn Squash
Step 1:Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Cut squash in half lengthwise and scrape out seeds. Place cut side down in baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 2:Mix the other ingredients. Turn squash cut side up, fill with apple mix and continue baking for 20 minutes, or until squash is tender.
